Jon-Michael brings more than 20 years of experience leading aerospace parts manufacturing businesses, including senior leadership roles at TransDigm, Crane Aerospace & Electronics, and Cornerstone Capital. His background spans engineering, manufacturing, sales, strategy, and executive leadership, providing broad operational insight across regulated aerospace environments.
MaryAnn has led VisionSafe’s operations in Kaneohe, Hawaii for more than 25 years. She oversees finance, human resources, administration, and operational planning, supporting disciplined execution across the organization. She brings 46 years of combined experience in management, manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, and retail operations.
Jim leads VisionSafe’s sales organization and customer engagement efforts. He brings more than 25 years of aerospace business development experience, with prior roles at Gogo, Honeywell, and Bose. He is also a private pilot, a former Naval Aviator, and instructor in aviation safety.
Myles leads VisionSafe’s finance and accounting functions. His background includes Controller and CFO roles at Happy Town, Servo Pacific, and Foodland, as well as leadership of his own advisory firm. He supports financial discipline and operational transparency across the organization.
Alex has led VisionSafe’s sales and marketing initiatives and supported many special projects. He currently serves on the company’s Board of Directors. His work supports long-term brand development and strategic product positioning.
Carla leads VisionSafe’s global marketing strategy and brand development initiatives. She focuses on aligning the company’s engineering credibility with clear market positioning across business aviation, cargo, commercial, and government sectors. Her work supports product communications, industry engagement, and long-term growth strategy within regulated aerospace environments.
Kristen brings more than two decades of experience at Boeing, where she held senior executive roles across strategy, government affairs, and international policy. Most recently, she served as Managing Director of EU Government Affairs in Brussels, leading engagement across Boeing’s commercial, defense, and services businesses.
